How to load parish forms and files to your website using your PWadmin Editor

You can also use your PWadmin Editor to load files, forms, photos or videos to our servers using your PWadmin editor. You can then link to it from the parish website article you are creating/editing.

1. You can load files in any format.
2. Make sure you are logged in to http://pwadmin.parishworld.net using your log-in information supplied to you by your parish website administrator.
3. To link to a form or file, you must have the article you are creating open for editing.
4. In the Body of the article, highlight the link text you will use to jump to the file or form you wish. As an example, if you wish the phrase CLICK HERE to be your link text, make sure this phrase is highlighted.
5. While your Link Text is highlighted, look for the blue globe icon in the third row from the list of editing tool icons. Now click it.
6. Look for the box that says BROWSE SERVER and click it.
7. On the left side of new page you will see FOLDERS and below it FILES with a "+" sign to its left. Click the "+" sign and look for your parish name. That folder is the permanent location for all files you will upload to our servers.
8. Click the folder that is named for your parish. a new screen will open.
9. At the top of this new screen, click UPLOAD.
10. Then click BROWSE and look for the file you wish to upload from your PC. Double click the file or click OPEN.
11. Then in the screen that opens, click UPLOAD SELECTED FILE. It should now display in the window including all the other files you have uploaded to your server.
12. Double-click the file you are linking to.
13. Click OK and your link in your article should be live.
