Attracting members is always a challenge for parish ministries. The 10-90 rule always seems to apply where 10% of the people are doing 90% of the work. If parish members were made aware of the available ministries, and could see in detail the different activities, reports, pictures, events, programs, etc. for each one, then there will be a bigger chance that new recruits would be attracted to join.
Your new parish website comes with the ability to display the different ministries in your parish. Each ministry is described with a short description, contact name for the ministry, plus contact phone and contact email.
The ministry can also include a link to a ministry mini-website that offers to the parish members as much information as the individual ministries would like to share. The best way to explain this is to look at our examples.
