While the benefits of having ministry mini-websites are many, it's possible that things can get out of hand when over-zealous ministry leaders take charge of posting articles in an unsupervised fashion. And it is imperative that the pastor and/or his representative(s) have supervision over all articles posted in each ministry website. The process may seem daunting, but it really isn't.

In most cases, this can be the individual ministry leaders. And it's a simple process. Once a comment is posted on the mini-websites, an email is sent to the proper authorized person who will read the comment, then either approve or reject it online. It's a simple process. And it happens in real time.
