PROCESSING ADVERTISING INQUIRIES

So what do you do if someone walks up to your office wanting to advertise in your parish website?

1. Print this Advertising Order Form. Give them a copy and ask them to fill it out.

2. Review the completed form to make sure they have provided the necessary information and have chosen their preferred advertising plan: 10 parishes, 25 parishes or ALL parishes.

3. Collect the respective payment amount for the advertising plan chosen: $650, $1,500 or $2,500. Please make sure the check is made out to Parish World, Inc. Or if paying by credit card, please have them fill out the credit card information on the Advertising Order Form.

4. Make a copy of the form and mail the completed form with the payment to our billing office:

5. We will handle the rest of the process from this point forward.

6. We will process your share of the advertising revenue and mail you a check with a complete accounting of the accounts involved once a month.
