Did your weekly ParishWorld.net stop coming via email?
We've been receiving reports that some of our subscribers have stopped receiving their weekly issues of "Catholic Living with ParishWorld.net." Please know that we take each of these reports seriously and have found in each instance that the email addresses in question are in our subscriber database. Our servers have been sending them out but still some of you have not been getting it.
We think the issue resides in your own email servers. Your email providers might recently have instituted new email filtering capabilities in response to the proliferation of unwanted spam mail lately. Although ParishWorld.net is not spam, some email providers cannot distinguish one from the other.
So we suggest you try a few things to make sure you get your weekly dose of ParishWorld.net:
1. Add us to your Address Book. Please add noreply@parishworldmail.net to your address book to ensure your weekly "Catholic Living with ParishWorld.net" always gets delivered.
2. Check your deleted folder as well as your junk email folder and see if the missing emails are in those folders. If you find them, please flag them as "safe-recipient"emails.
3. Please add any old issue you may still have of our weekly emails to the safe-recipient list of your email program.
We hope this helps out. If not, you might like to contact your email providers or ISP and advise them of the problem.
