Let's say you're creating an article and then you saw the need to jump to another website page with even more related information. You can create unlimited number of related articles you can link to from your main article. And it's not hard to do.
1. Prepare your main article.
2. Type the Link Text you wan to jump from, such as CLICK HERE.
3. Open another instance of http://pwadmin.parishworld.net. Go to Content Item Manager.
4. Create a new Content Item in News Bulletin.
5. Type or paste your content for this page. And Complete it like a regular article. Copy your Article title into Internal Reference Name and into Headline. Choose a photo like normal.
6. In the Date Fields, enter an Up On Date that has an expired year, for example: 02/02/2000. Enter the same date into the Down After Date. By entering an expired date, the system allows you to create an article that will not display in the current News Bulletin section. BUT it will be created in the data base and you can link to it.
7. Save the article.
8. Display all the News Bulletin article items and look for your newly created article.
9. Click the Preview icon next to your article. The article will preview. Copy the url link of the article.
10. Go back to your original article.
11. Highlight CLICK HERE.
12. Click the Link icon (the green globe) in the tool bar.
13. Paste the copied URL to the URL box. Click OK.
14. Save the article. It will now contain the link you created.
You can create an unlimited number of jump pages using this technique.
