HOW TO CREATE A NEW PARISH USER

You have to be an ADMIN (Administrator) to perform this procedure.

1. Go to http://pwadmin.parishworld.net and enter your user name and password.

2. In Main Menu, go to USER MANAGER (PARISH).

3. Click the GREEN ARROW next to your parish name.

4. Enter the information requested in the top box labeled CREATE USER.

5. In USER ROLE, choose either ADMINISTRATOR OR CONTENT MANAGER. Click here to read the distinction between the two roles.

6. In CONTENT PERMISSIONS, click or un-click the sections you wish to allow this specific user to be able to access.

7. In SIGN-UP NOTIFICATIONS, click or un-click the specific notifications you would like this user to receive by email.

8. Click CONTINUE to save your changes.
