HOW TO CREATE YOUR OWN "WANTING TO BE CATHOLIC" PAGE

Here are the steps for creating your own WANTING TO BE CATHOLIC page:

1. Prepare your main article.

2. Go to http://pwadmin.parishworld.net/. Log in using your LOGIN information.

3. Go to Content Item Manager.

4. Click the (+) plus icon to the left of News Bulletin. The list of articles will show up.

5. Look for the the title: "01 - WANTING TO BE CATHOLIC" and click the pencil icon to open the edit page.

6. Type or paste your content for this page. Complete it just like you would prepare a regular article. Copy your Article Title into Internal Reference Name and into Headline. Choose a photo as you normally would do.

7. In the Date Fields, enter an Up On Date that has an expired year, for example: 02/02/2000. Enter the same date into the Down After Date. By entering an expired date, the system allows you to create an article that will not display in the current News Bulletin section. BUT it will be created in the database and you can link to it.

8. As you see necessary, add your own links to your jump pages that include your specific requirements and schedules for the parish RCIA program.

9. Click CONTINUE to save the article.
