How to save and print forms as PDF

1. If you do not have a PDF program, go to www.primopdf.com and download the free software and install it to your computer.
2. PrimoPDF will now be one of the choices you have in your printer drivers.
3. Open the document or web page you want to convert to PDF.
4. Proceed to try to print the document.
5. In printer choices, choose PrimoPDF. The program will launch.
6. In Save as, browse and save the document to your desktop. You can delete the document from your desktop when you’re done. Then click OK.
7. Your document will launch as a PDF.
8. Click File on the top navigation bar. You can now Save this file to your PC. Or you can click Attach to Email and send the document to your desired recipient.
9. If you wish to load this PDF to your website so people can link to it, click here.
10. To print the PDF form, click File on the top navigation bar of the PDF form. Click Print and proceed to print the sheet.
