The suggested file size for photos to use in Photo Manager is no larger than 640x480 pixels. If the file size of the photo you want to load to Photo Manager is too big, try this easy way to re-size your photos without using a complicated program like Adobe PhotoShop.
1. Open Microsoft Outlook and prepare to send yourself an email.
2. Attach the photo you want to use, using the clip icon on the navigation bar. The file will display on the box just above the message box.
3. To the right of the attachment box, you will find a brown box that says Attachment Options. Click it.
4. A window will open. Look for Picture Options. Below it, is a pull-down menu box that allows you to choose your photos sizes.
5. Choose Medium (640x480)
6. Send the email.
7. Retrieve your emails and open the one you sent to yourself. The attached photo is now re-sized. Save it to your folders and begin using it.
