This really is a simple process. Many in your parish are looking for ways to supplement their monthly income. Here's a way they can generate real income while working part time, out of their homes and during the hours they choose. And for every dollar they make, your parish will make an equivalent dollar.
Here are some notes and suggestions on how to set up and manage your own Parish Advertising Ministry:
- Their commission structure is 20% on all closed and paid sales. Your parish makes an equivalent 20% of all their closed and paid sales.
- You need to let the parish be aware of your need for sales people. We've already put an ad in your website so this is a good start. Promote your need for sales people in your bulletins and make the announcements during Mass.
- Think of people in your parish who you think can be good sales people. Think of people who need the extra revenue. Call them directly and invite them in to talk about the possibilities.
- When you find people who are interested, call us and we will contract with them, complete all the necessary employment paperwork to get them started. They will be independent contractors working for ParishWorld.net. But their services will be exclusively focused on helping your parish.
- We will provide the training they need to learn about the unique service they are selling. And we will get them as productive as we can in the shortest possible time. The sooner they can start generating revenue, the sooner your parish can start generating revenues from them.
- We recommend you recruit and train between 2-4 sales people at any one time. But you can have as many reps as you want. If you bring them in, we will train them.
