Adding PDF forms to an article within your website:
Create a new article (See instructions on Creating a New Article).
In the body text field of your article, type in the TITLE and description of the PDF FORM that you are uploading.
FOR EXAMPLE:
"Click here to download a pdf of our REGISTRATION FORM".
Highlight the text that you want to link to the PDF form.
Then click on the Link Tool (the blue-green globe) in the text editor tool bar.
The Link window will open. Click on the Upload tab, then click on Browse to locate the PDF file on your own computer. Select your PDF File and Click on Send it to the Server.
Now change the Protocol from Other to http:// and type in your parish website address in front of /userfiles/File/Student_Registration.pdf
Example: stpatrick92557.parishworld.net/userfiles/File/Student_Registration.pdf
Next Click on the Target tab and change it from Not Set to New Window (_blank).
Click OK and the Link Window will close.
Now your PDF link has been made, but you MUST save your article by clicking on Continue at the bottom of your article page.
Be sure to check your article Up-On Date and Down-On Date before saving.
Click CONTINUE to save.
Check the live website to be sure your article and pdf are linking properly.
